How do you add a business to Apple Maps outside the US?

I'm interested in adding businesses in my city because it's lacking a lot compared to google maps. I don't live in the US.

How do you do it?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Mavericks (10.9.4)

I think adding and correcting Maps is done through the "Report a Problem" functionality irrespective of where you are - you can access this using Maps on your iPhone or your Mac, for instance.
